Out of stock on the (3) 12” stars I ordered… I don’t know it was out of stock … I was wondering where my delivery was… I contacted the co and then I found out it was out of stock .. they offered me the 14” stars in exchange at no extra cost …. Great move by the elf …received my order in good time .. and then are a real beauty …

Light bulb broke during shipping
Great medium sized tree topper, looks awesome on the tree and good in the window. The only minus was that the light bulb broke inside the box due to no cushioning during transportation. Next time, please use a Fragile-sticker on the parcel in order to show you made an effort.
