Light Bulb for 18", 21" and 30" Moravian Stars

I'm very frustrated. I ordered your Moravian Star from Amazon. When it arrived, the lightbulb was smashed to pieces due to the flimsy packaging. Since the star was out of stock with Amazon, I could only return it, so I decided to order another bulb from you. (That was packaged well and arrived intact.) Unfortunately, even with the new bulb, the star won't light. I'm very disappointed, since the star itself is beautiful.

Bulbs do not work. Requested return label multiple times. NO RESPONSE

I would like an update about when I will receive this. I sent an email to customer service and have not received a response

Elf Logic hs shown that it stands behind its product. I broke the bulb. The shipped out a new bulb at a decent cost, immediately. Thank you!
