I am NOT happy with the way things went with my light bulb. It only lasted for one day! I wrote to your service department and told them about the situation. I was told you did not carry that bulb any longer. Which did not make sense to me seeing as how you were able to send me one. No one carries that bulb.

While I followed directions on website, the bulb stems sent were too big. Maybe older stars used smaller stem size and no one noticed. I bought the right size somewhere else at a much cheaper price.
